Veneers in South Bay

Why Should I Get Veneers?

Your smile plays a major role in how you feel and how you show up in the world. If chips, discoloration, gaps, or worn-down teeth are holding you back, porcelain veneers offer a lasting, transformative solution. At Fulbright Dental in South Bay, we’ve helped thousands of patients across the South Bay achieve beautiful, confident smiles with veneers that look and feel like natural teeth.

Crafted from ultra-thin, high-quality porcelain and designed with your unique facial features in mind, veneers are bonded to the front of your teeth to enhance shape, color, and symmetry. Our doctors combine decades of clinical expertise with the artistry of master ceramist Paulo Battistella to deliver smile results that are both aesthetic and functional. If you're looking for a lasting confidence boost, veneers may be the ideal solution.

Long-Term Confidence and Durability

Cosmetic dentistry isn’t just about appearance, it’s about how you feel and function. At its best, cosmetic treatment starts with uncovering the root cause of aesthetic concerns. Whether it's wear from grinding, bite misalignment, or past dental trauma, addressing these underlying issues not only improves your smile’s appearance but also supports better function. Patients often report greater self-confidence, strong first impressions, and even more career opportunities after treatment.

A Smile That Reflects How You Feel

Veneers don’t just change your teeth, they change how you feel about yourself. Many patients report a noticeable boost in self-esteem, stronger first impressions, and greater comfort in social and professional settings.

The Veneers Treatment Process

Consultation & Smile Preview

We begin with a personalized consultation at our South Bay offices. Using digital scans and imaging technology, we evaluate your oral health and map out a plan tailored to your vision. You’ll have a chance to preview your future smile and share feedback before any treatment begins.

Tooth Preparation & Temporary Veneers

Next, we gently reshape your enamel and take detailed impressions for your custom veneers. Temporary veneers are placed so you can “test drive” your new look while your final restorations are crafted. This step ensures you feel fully confident in the direction before moving forward.

Final Veneer Placement

Once your custom porcelain veneers arrive from the lab, we’ll bond them in place with expert precision. Your dentist will make final adjustments, polish your new smile, and walk you through aftercare. You’ll leave with a natural-looking, camera-ready smile that’s made to last.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ready to Transform Your Smile in South Bay?

Fulbright Dental has been a trusted name in cosmetic dentistry in the South Bay for over 20 years. With expert precision, advanced digital technology, and a calming, wellness-inspired environment, we make it easier than ever to get the smile you’ve always wanted. Whether you’re considering a single veneer or a full smile makeover, we’re here to help you feel confident every step of the way.

How do I care for my veneers?

Taking care of your veneers is similar to maintaining natural teeth. While they cannot stain or become decayed, the underlying enamel and any untreated teeth are still vulnerable to stains and decay, so proper care and maintenance are essential for preserving your smile.

You should brush twice a day with an ADA-accepted toothpaste that contains fluoride. This will keep your teeth healthy and reduce plaque and tartar buildup on your veneers, too. Flossing twice a day is also essential for removing food particles and other debris from the hard-to-reach places between your teeth.

Along with a good daily oral hygiene routine, you should avoid habits that could damage your veneers or your natural teeth. This includes biting into very hard foods with your front teeth (ice, very crusty bread) chewing non-food objects like pens and fingernails, or even using your teeth as tools to rip tape or open packages. You should also get a nightguard to protect your investment if you grind your teeth at night.

Finally, make sure you visit the team at Fulbright Dental near Redondo Beach & Manhattan Beach for a checkup every six months. During these visits, Dr. Fulbright, Dr. Estes, and our experienced team will examine your teeth and veneers, clean your smile, and make sure that you maintain a bright and brilliant result that will last for years to come.

How many teeth do most patients get veneers on?

The number of veneers needed varies depending on your treatment goals. For a balanced, cohesive look, most patients opt for veneers on 6 to 8 upper front teeth. Some may decide to enhance all visible teeth for a full, radiant smile.

However, it’s also possible to get veneers on just one or two teeth, too. For example, if you have small canine teeth and you’d like to enlarge them to match your front teeth for a more balanced smile, you may only need a couple of veneers to reach your smile goals.

During your consultation at Fulbright Dental, Dr. Fulbright or Dr. Estes will discuss your smile challenges and your goals, and design a plan that achieves natural, seamless results. We always tailor treatment to meet your unique needs, budget, schedule, other personal preferences.

Do I need anesthesia for veneer prep?

Yes. To get veneers, a small amount of enamel will be removed from your teeth. This is equal in thickness to the veneer that you’re getting, and it ensures a seamless result that doesn’t alter your bite structure. For your comfort, we’ll provide you with local numbing injections during this process. You won’t feel any pain, just some mild vibrations while we prepare your teeth for veneers.

Patients who feel nervous about dental procedures can also take advantage of sedation options offered at Fulbright Dental. Our goal is always to create a calming experience where you feel at ease throughout every step. Let us know your preferences during your consultation, and we’ll personalize your care to suit you best.
