- Young Child Essentials Plan ($29/mo): Designed for kids 12 and under, this plan includes 2 cleanings, fluoride, doctor exams, x-rays as needed, cavity detection, CariFree™ cavity prevention, and one emergency exam per year—plus up to 15% off all services.
- Essentials Plan for Teens & Adults ($49/mo): Includes 3 cleanings, fluoride, doctor exams, x-rays, oral cancer screening, laser cavity detection, digital photos, CariFree™ screening, and one emergency exam. You’ll also get up to 15% off all additional dental services.
- Advanced Gum Care Plan ($98/mo): Created for patients with periodontal disease, this plan includes 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings, subgingival irrigation, laser gum therapy, plus all the benefits from the Essentials Plan.
