Jamie is a cosmetic dentistry patient from Palos Verdes Estates who had concerns about her smile. Her teeth had become very worn from bruxism or grinding and she was experiencing some problems with an existing crown. Jamie and her mother were referred to Fulbright Dental by a friend who had a smile makeover performed by Dr. Fulbright.
When Jamie met with Dr. Fulbright she explained that she was unhappy with the size, length, color and overall look of her teeth and smile appearance. After an initial exam, digital x-rays and evaluation Dr. Fulbright discussed Jamie’s options and a custom treatment plan to achieve her smile goals. The treatment plan included a dental implants, dental crowns, Zoom teeth whitening and porcelain veneers.
The first step in Jamie’s smile transformation was Zoom teeth whitening which was completed in one easy office visit. During her second visit Dr. Fulbright took photos, study models, face bow and bite registrations so that Jamie’s bite would be corrected in addition to the smile enhancement. After just a couple more visits Jamie had the smile a lifetime, a new bite and restored tooth structure.
