Upon starting his own dental practice, Dr. Michael Fulbright’s vision was to build one based on excellence and integrity, one in which patients could feel good about the dental care they receive. Today, he takes pride in these standards and on continuing to excel as one of the most skilled and caring cosmetic dentists in the Redondo Beach area. By maintaining state-of-the-art equipment and systems in his office, he has further sustained his edge in the dental field.
Dr. Fulbright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (BS) in 1991 from the University of California, Irvine. In 1996 he received an additional BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California (USC), and then earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2000 from the School of Dentistry at USC.
After dental school, Dr. Fulbright practiced in Beverly Hills with the renowned cosmetic dentist and premiere international lecturer Dr. Brian LeSage, Director of the UCLA Aesthetics Continuum. Dr. Fulbright cultivated his expertise in cosmetic / aesthetic dentistry and refined his practical skills while working closely with Dr. LeSage during this time. In 2001, Dr. Fulbright obtained post-graduate training from UCLA in the Advanced Aesthetic Continuum in order to supplement his proficiency as a cosmetic dentist.
In 2003, Dr. Fulbright decided to pursue a dream of owning his own practice. After thorough research and planning, he decided to practice in the Hollywood Riviera in Redondo Beach, California. Today, Dr. Fulbright attends more than 100 hours of advanced continuing dental education every year. He is the affiliate dentist for the Murad Inclusive Health Center, and is a Sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). In addition, he is a member of many accredited professional boards, including:

Dr. Diane Costigan
Dr. Diane Costigan was the founder of our existing practice and has spent most of her career as a cosmetic dentist in the Hollywood Riviera / Redondo Beach area. After working with Dr. Michael Fulbright for three years, she decided to turn the practice over to him so that she could enjoy more time with her family and grandchildren.
Dr. Costigan graduated from the University of California San Francisco Dental School and attends more than 100 hours of continuing dental education courses each year. She practices with an emphasis on aesthetic / cosmetic dentistry. She participates in the USC Odontic Seminar and has taught a course on occlusion for dental students for more than 20 years. In addition, Dr. Costigan is an active member of the community and many dental organizations including:
